"Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Extremely safe area for walking during day and night. Lots of eating options within a walkable distance from hotel (.5 km). Parking at hotel available for 6 euros or there is a public parking garage 2 minutes away. I love the colors inside the hotel. Toilet is separate from bathroom. Bathroom has tub, shower and bidet. River runs nearby. Lovely place!"

"Pas de Wi-Fi, pas de parking, accès difficile pour personnes à mobilité réduite, mauvaise insonorisation et voisins bruyants, Tv est pour la décoration (ne fonctionne pas), éclairages ne fonctionnent pas (SDB, Chambre...), propreté médiocre... Une experience à jamais refaire."

"Point fort: bien situé pour accès centre ville, caldea. Point négatif : mal insonorisé, quand la douche du voisin fonctionne on entend pas la télé, le plancher craque quand on marche dans les chambres au dessus."

"Sadly my room was dirty (dusty) when I arrived. I had booked 6 rooms and in 5 of the rooms the air con did not work. In one of the rooms there were no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles int he shower, unprofessional and annoying when you're already in the shower! Also I am not sure I understand why in a nearly empty hotel we were given rooms facing the back 'garden' (ie other buildings) when lots of rooms would have been available with a better view. Overall we had an ok stay but one thing is...

"The room was clean and had a lovely view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a challenge to find and is limited but was still convenient to have access to as there is not much parking elsewhere in the city. I would stay here again if I was in the area!"
