"Close to the plaza. Room air conditioner didn't work. Toilet flapper leaked and toilet ran all night off and on. Lighting was dark. 32" tv's,..really??? $350+ for a night,..what a joke. No breakfast. Packaged Muffins like you buy at a convenience store. Don't stay here, ever. They should be embarrassed for themselves."

"The hotel is an old hotel with a fresh coat of paint, It is not very nice, but good enough to spend a couple of nights. The staff is amazing, they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. But the people who stay at this place are very varied and in this I did not like the hotel. Alot of people you could tell that like us, they where there for the nature and trails, but alot of people looked like vagrants or junkies. The area overall seemed a little sketchy, overall a good stay...

"Over rated for how old the place is..and the rates of the rooms. Lots of history but the room itself had a huge crack in the ceiling..weird wet carpet. The bathroom was out dated and hard to navigate for any practical use. Cut my finger on the copper light switch which had sharp edges..ouch. bed was comfortable. Room was too cold and due to the age of the hot we l it was difficult to get warm. Night staff was courteous and attentive. Morning staff was overwhelmed and not that friendly"

"The hotel was ok, nothing to brag about. You have to pay $25.00 a day for parking, WiFi & coffee. We did not use their internet or had their coffee. We did not have a choice we had to park our car in their parking lot. I have never had to pay for those services in any other hotel."

"Certainly dated. Great location. Weird shower. One slider is sealed so you have to reach way in to turn the shower on. There’s no way to do this without getting sprayed with cold water. Was a fun surprise."

"The staff was incredible! The hotel grounds and rooms were very clean and absolutely gorgeous. One of the nicest hotels my family and I have been in, and we travel quite a bit and usually stay in high-end hotels. Bishops Lodge is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anybody going to Santa Fe."
