"Clean and beautiful grounds, but the customer service is lacking!"

"Wonderful stay, great staff, easy, relaxing delightful."

"Beautiful boutique property. So private in the rainforest with a beautiful beach where we didn’t see a single person all day. The staff is wonderful and the food was delicious. They do a 3 course meal every night for dinner and a lovely breakfast every morning. The staff’s little surprises throughout our stay made it special, such as filling our tub with flower petals while we were on an excursion or setting up a private breakfast by the beach one morning. "Outstanding hotel and location, but much too expensive, especially for Sao Tome"

"Phenomenal stay! Wonderful property with great staff and outstanding views! I would definitely stay again when in Principe!"

"The location of this property is great! The staff is accommodating and very friendly even if most don't speak English. The pool is amazing! breakfast is basic and the rooms are clean."

"Solid, basic hotel. "

"Very friendly and helpful people. Great spot. It is out of the city so a good 'get away'. But you need your own vehicle."

"Hotel was good. Walking distance from everything in the city. The staff is helpful. The Wi-Fi is OK but for the money and cleanliness this is the best option in the city."

"Couldn’t have had better hosts Perfect location for great hikes and waterfalls Many thanks to Marlena and Betty who made our visit memorable x"

"Very nice area and very friendly staff, who organized a trip to the island Ilhéu das Rolas with the Equator Monument. The beach on the left is fine for a swim. Good beds. Very good internet. "

"We stayed at Emoyeni Gardens twice during our trip to São Tomé, before and after visiting Príncipe. During our first stay, we initially had a smaller room with a balcony, but because of a technical problem we were moved to a suite. The suite was really spacious and comfortable, and we liked it so much that we upgraded our second reservation to a suite as well. Breakfast is fairly simple but was fine for us: bread and buns, ham, cheese, yogurt, muesli, cake, coffee and tea. There were no eggs...

"A bit rustier than i expected. Beds were SUPER sq "

"Bungalow is a bit outdated but good enough. Location is great and the food even better. Big thumbs up for the chefs! Best hotel food in STP for us. "

"Great place to stay "

"A very clean comfortable good value stay 10 mins walk from the centre of town. There is good WiFi and a laundry and small shop across the road."

"Very helpful and accommodating staff"
