"One of the beds looked like it had fresh stains on the sheets. Staff did come and change them immediately. They made it sound like they knew ir was there ahead of time. If it wasn't for that, the rating would have been high."

"The outside was very nice. The check in clerk was wonderful. A housekeeper kept parking in a handicap spot and front desk did nothing.
