"Nice, clean property with air conditioned rooms. Very comfortable and a nice view of the lake. My only comment is that is it not close to many restaurants, but this is no issue if you have your own car."

"The location is good however the place is in very poor condition. Everything is very old and run down. The selection for breakfast is poor. Our stay was way over priced for what we got. They don’t clean the rooms or leave any cleaning products. They don’t give you pool towels. The common areas are old and dirty. Overall is is very expensive for what you get."

"Positives - The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre. Negatives - Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work.
