Je l'ignorais donc j'ai pris une douche froide et le remboursement d'un tiers de la chambre. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely. Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member.
