"Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht. Waren jetzt schon siebte mal in Harrachov und von Pension Rotunda haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Am ersten - Betten sind schrecklich. Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist...

"Die Unterkunft war für meine 4 jähriger Tochter und mich ideal. Ein zimmer für eigentlich bis zu 6 Personen , mit einer treppe zum ausgebauten Dachboden. Die Inhaber sehr nett und höflich. Sind sehr bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Der Ort perfekt zentral für alle umliegenden Skigebiete. In der Unterkunft werden verschiedene Abendgerichte angeboten, eigene Produkte. Frühstück super und abwechslungsreich. "

Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, allerdings war eine Verständigung weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch möglich, was laut Hotelbeschreibung möglich sein sollte. Für die kalte Heizung hatte Sie keine Lösung parat. Auf die Nachfrage nach einer elektrischen Heizung am Folgetag wurde dann schnell reagiert. Die Parkplatzgebühr von 2 € laut Hotelbeschreibung war nicht korrekt. Uns wurden 5 € pro Tag berechnet. - keine Kartenzahlung möglich -...

"Tolle Familie, die das Hotel führt. Hundefreundlich, einfach aber sauber, hausgemachte Suppen und Speisen, richtig lecker. Ein paar Meter von Fluss Kamenice, aus dem Hotel raus und gleich in den Wald gehen können. Alles in Harrachov ( Seilbahn, Sommerrodelbahn, Wasserfall, fußläufig erreichbar. Wie kommen wieder. "We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food."
