"There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can say good about this place. They have let it run down. Water stains in the ceiling tiles. Staff not friendly at all. Can barely understand them because they don’t speak English. They have zero amenities. Parking is limited and not good if you are hauling anything. Television gets 1 station only. "

"Outstanding views, waterfront, equipped with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located a short drive to Dunlap. Neighbor’s were very friendly, grandkids loved the paddle boats. Excellent WiFi, nicely maintained house and property. We were lucky, stayed over the July 4th weekend and the HOA puton a great fireworks show. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Tennessee. "

"Very nice garage converted apartment with extra touches. I would have given 5 stars but as we used it mainly for a place to sleep the soda sleeper let it down as it's basically a futon. "
