"Rooms were OK, but at this temperature the Air condition was not at all good. Complained to staff 4-5 times, but they could not settle it.
Same complaint I saw with many guests staying there.
Staff saw me sweating in room, but they could not help."

Restaurant le Brezza, pas digne de l’hôtel
Nous avons attendu 30 minutes le serveur pour prendre la commande du dessert
Au final nous sommes partis sans dessert et même pas un mot d’excuse
Le jour du départ nous sommes partis à 5h30, la veille, nous avons commandé une box petit déjeuner, le lendemain matin rien était prêt et nous sommes partis sans
