"Great location. Check in instructions were not clear at all. Cobwebs everywhere. Food crumbs still on the stove, porch boards unsteady and need replaced."

"Refrigerator made racket all the time, couldn't sleep. Water handle in shower/tub fell off. bathroom sink handle leaked like crazy. The hot water wasn't hot. And the worst part was the mattresses on the beds. They were so old and worn, that when you sat on them, you could feel the springs and hear them squeaking!"

We also enjoyed the pet friendly fenced in yard that opened up from the master bedroom. The main floor is very spacious with lots of windows, and the owner brightened up the house with nice decorations and cozy spaces."

"This property is pretty run down, and not as nice as depicted. Needs some repairs, upgrades, and a really good cleaning. The first night while turning down bed, I brushed off what looked like rodent droppings on top of the bed."
