"A solid 3 star resort. Below par in a lot of things to include having mould in the rooms and poor bedding. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken. We asked for a room change and still found the same issue such as broken fixture, mould and the bedding had an odour and lets not talk about the wifi. The island is beautiful thought with great staff and the food was good."

"We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. "We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at Erakor. The staff were exceptional, great food, clean and tidy grounds. It is just the most beautiful location. The feast and fire show on Thursday night was amazing and a great opportunity to socialise with other guests. We will be back!"

Everything was clean and fresh, beautiful views and the food was amazing but most importantly the staff was the best part, every single one the wait staff, the cleaning crew, the drivers and the garden guys all were absolutely lovely and so friendly they always went out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. "A truly luxury experience. Lagoon pool villas were well appointed and great location to everything whilst still being private. Food first class, ala carte menu changed daily. Staff were of course the highlight of the stay. So happy, helpful and accommodating. All were quick to claim credit as the chef when a meal was praised! "The whole team were so welcoming and helpful. Petter and Anna are lovely and accommodate any needs. Shout out to the dive team as well who showed me the house reef.
