"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

"The place was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and fresh, beautiful views and the food was amazing but most importantly the staff was the best part, every single one the wait staff, the cleaning crew, the drivers and the garden guys all were absolutely lovely and so friendly they always went out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It was the hardest part about leaving saying goodbye to them all. 100% recommend to anyone"

"Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. "

"Had the most perfect stay in paradise. Everything you want for a relaxed island getaway. Accomodation was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful and excellent meals at the restaurant. We used the kayaks every day and snorkeled at the small reef to the east of the island. All villas appear to have water frontage. Could not recommend more highly if you are after a low key and relaxing escape "

"Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while...

"The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff were all lovely. During a power cut (due to a car taking out the powerlines not due to the resort) the staff came around with candles. The pool is very well maintained. Having our own reef shoes and snorkels was a good idea though there are plenty at the hotel. It would be good to see (at ALL the sea swimming sites) signs for people not to stand on the reefs if they are swimming as it wrecks them. The only minor issue we had was our doors...

"We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained. "The Melanesian is a long-standing feature of the Port Vila accommodation scene and it's very well-priced. The Orchid Rooms are very pleasant but they all face onto the pool area. So you will want to have the windows shut if the music played at the bar and people's conversations bother you. The AC unit in my room did an OK job with keeping the room comfortable even with windows shut. The rooms have a good desk and small table for people needing to do work while there.
