"It feels like you enter another world once you get into the hotel. You first need to remove your shoe as you enter the hotel. Instead of going to a check-in counter, we were asked to sit and they come with all the check in papers. While waiting for them to check our passport, we were serve some Yuzu water. "Easy access from the station. Friendly staff at front desk. Nothing much is around the hotel. Bed was too hard for me. "

"Property is closing down soon so they are keeping the place at the minimum condition I think. Breakfast was extremely unsatisfactory: scramble egg was just like liquid, you will need a spoon to eat ( more like “drink”). Boiled eggs were hard boiled, egg stand was just a decoration. Loved the onsen with views of Mt Fuji (didn't get to see it due to poor weather!), the free nightly ramen (delicious!), massage chairs and fre ice creams from 4pm in summer.
