I went there for business and having difficulty to find restaurants and other facilities. The entrance was under refurbishment, so both me and the taxi driver had a hard time to find the hotel. "

While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there.
