Excellent stay at the Treeline Urban Resort, really lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap, located right on the river and within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Great rooms and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, including sorting out tour of the temples. Really lovely experience overall, would fully recommend.

A beautiful hotel. A haven of tranquillity amongst the noise and bustle of Siem Reap. The staff are so helpful and can't do more for you. Lots of little details that make a difference such as the cold towels when returning to the hotel, the beautiful clean pool, the immaculate garden. The breakfast is delicious too. We had dinner at the hotel too which was lovely.

Booked the Royal suite. Everything perfect. The owner personally picked us up and took us back to airport. Location is not desirable, but they provide free transportation to town and back so did not mind at all. Really great travel experience at this hotel. We were overwhelmed with good service.

This hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The staff here are so incredibly nice and helpful, and from the welcoming drinks to the free massage, throughout the stay they did everything possible to make our time there pleasant. They would ask us our plans to make sure they booked in tuk tuks and arranged everything around our schedule.
Within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants of old quarter, and a short tuk tuk from Siem Reap, the location is perfect. The pool was...

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they felt genuinely caring and were keen to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasant as possible. The location was unrivalled, especially for proximity to the Angkor temples, and it felt like a secluded jungle retreat.
The Jungloo pods had private plunge pools which were inviting in the humidity of the August season, powerful air conditioning for escaping the heat, and the room was attentively cleaned and regularly stocked with amenities. The free...

People by the community just started nearly 2 months ago, everyone is so happy and work so hard from morning until mid-night. I was wondering and asked them “You guys work so hard but look so happy. Could I know why?” They said that, they are so happy for working with the great community for helping many people. Everyone works from heart and sharing experiences to each other. Especially they are very helpful and so kind. They consider everyone is their family. They are very humble and so polite....

Five stars all round, friendly helpful staff, big, well kept, and clean rooms (I had one of the poolside rooms), they didn't put a foot wrong, and the driver and guide they arranged for me for me did a great job. One small niggle - and it really it is nit-picking - it is just far enough out from the central area to need a tuk-tuk back at night, and being a new hotel a lot of the drivers don't know where it is. Every so often, I come across somewhere a bit special, this was one of those.

We loved every moment of our stay at this beautiful secluded paradise on earth. The hotel is very impressive designed and we were stunning at our first arrival. The location is more than perfect of only several minutes to main town and hotel provided us free transport Tuktuk in the evening. Not to mention about room, it is really spacious with balcony where we were always spending our time to see the beautiful greenery garden. The breakfast was lovely and staff were so helpful and kind. All round excellent hotel and staff. In particular Annie was exceptional as she gave us great tips and recommendations for the local amenities. When we did the tour of the temples she suggested packing the hotel breakfast. This was also a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Friendly welcome in very pleasant surroundings. Excellent food everywhere one goes, be it pub street or restaurants in hotel or elsewhere. Angkor Wat was totally up to expectation and a visit even further afield (by tuktuk) to the temple left fully to the jungle was astounding. What a beautiful experience.
