"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because I liked its Golden Desk, right at the entrance in an open-plan wooden bungalow; as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and crisps. We were given a free upgrade, which we really appreciated, but we’d also like to thank the incredibly friendly staff for their hospitality. "I loved this place and the people working there. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The hotel has a great jungle vibe. Location wise is good, away from the ruckus across the bridge but easy walking distance or short tuk tuk ride."

"Great staff, bad water pressure and stiff mattresses."

"Tres bon hotel un peu loin du centre (tuk tuk 2$)"

"The staff were helpful when we asked about transportation and made our daily plans easier to organize."

"部屋のお菓子は有料です。"

"スタッフのみなさん優しくて笑顔が素敵です。朝食はお弁当、焼そば、チャーハンを食べました。とっても美味しくて大満足です。部屋も広く綺麗で快適にすごせました。次回、シェムリアップに来る時も利用したいです。"

"- The Manager seemed more interested in shaking hands than actually resolving customer issues. - On two occasions, when I asked for ice in my room the front desk went out of their way to tell the attendant to only bring me a glass rather than a bucket. This was not a mistake, this was intentional provocation. - The service in the breakfast was excellent. - The front desk staff aside from the ice incidents were excellent. - The room only really had one funtional outlet"
