"clean and quiet, our only issue was the people in the that was driving the u-haul with their car on a trailer on the back of it, decided it was a good idea to take up half of the back row of parking spots facing the rooms, causing most of us to have to park in the very back and walk a mile from outlet car to our room, i figured after the first night of this, management would have said something and it would have been taken care of, however we just came in and the u-haul had not been moved at all...

"If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. "
