I encountered a small problem: the hotel would be entitled to charge the whole amount up front in the currency stated - this is the case with ALL Expedia bookings and works very well. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."

"Perfectly located for all the sights in Karlovy Vary. There is an excellent pizza place right next door which is a must try! The hotel is beautifully decorated, it feels very luxurious.
