"The property is beautifully layed out and the 2 bedroom unit was very spacious. The pools are nice and plenty to use. The staff was very pleasant. However, the amenities have some issues. The bath towels were like sandpaper. The mattress was hard as concrete. They limit the pool towels to the number of people in the room, but you have to check them out and in. This doesn’t make sense. If I'm checking them out what difference does it make if I get more. They have a lazy river, but no courtesy...

"The room was fair enough but the phone in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator.That was an issue because I`m diabetic and I need to keep my meds cool.I was able to get a cooler from the store and fill it with ice, that took care of that problem. The TV control did not work but they replaced it after I took it back to the front desk. If you`re looking for a cheap clean room this is a good place to consider. I will not be my first choice next time in Penasco but it did the job this...
