"They should’ve been a rubber mat in the bottom of the bath. It was very slippery."

"Great hotel, easy parking, very helpful staff"

"Excellent service, balcony river view room was well sized and fit out. Staff were great. ITL restaurant had some of the best food I’ve ever had. They also make a great coffee."

"Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was very clean, the room was neat and tidy and our beds were incredibly comfortable! They have communal filtered water and ice which we thought was great! Highly recommend, we're already planning for when we can stay here again! 😊"

"Positives: The room was a good size The receptionist was pleasant Negatives: The floor were on had a lingering cigarette smell The carpets are threadbare The grubiest dining room. There are food splashes on the walls. The carpets are dirty Terrible choice/presentation of food at breakfast."

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a great central location. Good lighting levels in the rooms. No problems experienced during the visit. Excellent considerate staff."

"The hotel is good and clean."

"Pool nice temperature, not too cold but not uncomfortably hot"

"The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time."

"So dissatisfied with the room. Had not been renovated and we were not advised."

"Friendly, bubbly staff. Beautiful pool and very clean room. Thanks for a nice stay over a very busy October long weekend!"
