Exceptional facility, location and stafff the room was amazing: spacious, luxerious … thank you for the upgrade (being gold status with Expedia pays off 😀). "The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. They accommodated our requests and answered our questions immediately and precisely. The room service is absolutely amazing and the breakfast (food and drinks in general) was also delicious. Not to mention the location, its only a 5 minute walk away from the beach, which is incredibly practical and perfect for a late night swim. "Great short term stay for 2 nights. Stayed at family room. Comfortable, clean. The promises are good and the location excellent. Next to both shopping and beach. Only minor was the street noise when occasionally, motorcycles would rev up their engines. "

"We booked a room for one night after a cruise and were amazed by the staff kindness for letting us check in very early, provided water and free drinks at the bar and cleaned the room in between our errands. We definitely recommend the place for a short stay after or before a cruise. They also booked us a taxi to the airport and the food at the pool was excellent."
