" The first room we were offered had a bad smell in the carpet but Shii at the front desk was very helpful and put us in another room we was please in. "

"No breakfast, there was no food. Coffee out. Staff only refilled everything when a customer came to front desk. 3rd floor hallway smelled like marijuana. We stayed two nights and asked cleaning staff to just replace towels and washcloths, they acknowledged what we wanted, but didn't action. We understand the low cost equates to less options, but the basic options, like breakfast and clean towels are expected."

"I travel a lot and this hotel rates highly compared to others I’ve stayed in. The property was clean, and the room itself was spotless and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and everything worked perfectly with no issues during my stay. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. "My nonsmoking room was clean, but it smelled like smoke. Same for the hallways and elevator. In addition, the deadbolt lock on my door was broken. Carpet in room was worn, as well as scratches on the bathroom door. Check in/check out was easy. I will not be staying here again…"

"It was very nice and clean and quiet. However, none of the ice machines worked. It would have been nice if the staff would have let me know when I checked in so that I didn't have to check each floor to find out for myself. The breakfast was a little sad too. It might have been better advertised as continental and then be happily surprised."
