"The view from our room was exceptional. Staff and owner Paul of New Deep Dive restaurant/bar are wonderful helpful fun people which is on site. New Deep Dive has great breakfasts, lunches and dinners with entertainment. I recommend this establishment and will be going back."

"this resort is noting more then a Motel six calling itself a resort.
was booked for week and check out the very next day.
stair ways and hall way were dirty and not even sweated.
room were dingy and bathroom faucet had mold.
all inclusive dinner, were two options, buffet which consist a few items
or a so called bar and grill which was noting more then hamburgers and fast food. no dinner tables, just sitting at the bar.
staff were rude and not helpful.
my last draw was the air conditioner was...

"Omg excellent all the way from our check in to our last day at the FREDS was very special.our Housestaff Tish n Dalia make our trip so special. staff on the ground keep cleans every time making sure everyone is ok .Bartenders n chef are always on spot. "What a great location with 5 star views. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves for the 5 days we stayed. The resort could use a little updating but I’m not complaining because I loved every bit of our time there. Breakfast is amazing! I’m so sad it’s going to be turning into a club med. Such a beautiful resort."

"The Expedia property description and the property's own brochure were both totally misleading.
Having been an Expedia client for many years, I rely on the their information for making decisions about locations to consider. This time we were duped.
We were told of dining and bar options that were either closed permanently, closed early, or provided very limited options. For example, the coffee shop's espresso machine was broken and had been for months. The lobby bar and Italian restaurants...
