I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. "

"Our room slept strong of tangerine, like they were trying to cover up a small. There was a white powder (like a carpet deodorant) and our bedding smelled like it sat in the washer too long. Our room, including bathroom was clean and that is huge for me. We were in the room very little, just to sleep. My only major complaint was lack of hot water. Water temp was warm at best"

"The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!"
