"I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! "There was nothing exceptional about the property when you consider the price. But most troubling for me was the fact that a mosque is located next door and it is guaranteed to wake you at 4am with the call to pray and again at 5am everday. This is not the best for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast is also very basic."

"Property was nice but the food in both restaurants was not good. Given the cost of staying there - which is almost double comparable properties - having bad food was extremely disappointing. We ended up going to nearby resorts to eat. Until they improve that aspect of the resort, we will not go back and I would not recommend it to others "

Personalen försökte och hade en god intention men saknar erfarenhet och ledningen saknade kompetens för att driva ett hotell helt enkelt. Vi var tvungna att avbryta vistelsen och fick hjälp av Expedia med hanteringen av detta."
