"I arrived at the hotel and they did not have my booking. They would not assist with calling your call center to see what the problem was. Very uphelpfull"

"This was supposed to be a romantic getaway but it wasn't. The weather played a major factor. The hotel was ok a bit rustic they upgraded me to a suite but it didn't have any wifi or a working television. The food was amazing but there was little to do as far as excursions. The staff was very kind and were working hard to help us but this definitely fell short of 4 stars which I was expecting. To top it of they charged me $80 for the boat ride to the island as if I could get there any other way...

"The hotel was fine. I like the sceneries, the styles and wasn't expensive. it wasn't in port salut, bed is little bit small and only electricity at night "

"I didn’t like that I was not told that I had to walk 15 minutes up a hill to get to our room. I have a lung condition so it was not good for me to do that. Once we got to the room we couldn’t go anywhere because we would of had to walk back down the hill then back up again. If I was told that we had to do this I would of never booked it. I liked the staff, they were all very attentive to our needs. "
