"I would rate 5 stars for cleanliness, staffs professionalism, F&B offerings, bed comfort and airport shuttle service.Location is walking distance to Paris Van Java mall, but around 20-30mins to outlets streets, i.e. Dago and Riau, with heavy traffic. Advice is to get at least Deluxe size room even if you are travelling as couple. Room size is pretty small but the interiors are really amazing French inspired. Very romantic ambiance. The only area of improvement: smells from the toilet."

"The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price."

We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "
