"Our toilet broke and there was no one on property to be able to fix it. The rooms are super outdated. It’s terrible"

"Elevator door sounded broken and scary. Appeared to be blood on nightstand lamp. Didn’t like the bathroom sink open and right inside the door to the room. Everything else was good. "

"Walking into the lobby was clean and looked updated. Room looked good from far but far from good. Bathroom sink had a leak that would drip on your feet while washing your hands. Small ants were all over the desk, not realizing put a couple items on the desk by morning ants were in everything! You can tell they are renovating the property but it’s not a quality renovation. Staff were nice. Would not recommend."

"One-night stay started rocky when our room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Waited in lobby over 30 minutes (within view of front desk staff…they did not forget about us) and when I reapproached the front desk to inquire as to how much longer, suddenly they were able to find a room. I suspect, based on comments by the lady checking me in, that they were waiting for a room that met all of my special requests (away from elevator & ice machine & on a higher floor). But those were “like to have,” and...

"The room was amazing. Super spacious and we had a kitchen with the refrigerator, dishwasher, two burner stove, sink. I was shocked for the price - it is an amazing value. The bathroom was super nice too. The staff was kind."
