"The resort is beautiful, clean and i rate it as excellent including the staff. No complaints whatsoever. However, i just can’t belive how dirty the beach is. Garbage is all over. We walked towards the waterfall and the water flowing in and out is dirty. For us it is an easy fix . The vehicles entering the vicinity pay some kind of fees . Where are the fees going? "The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge. Overall...
