Clean room, unexpectedly large. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Free coffee was available at all times in the lobby, we were also given a free breakfast which had a range of choice and the quality was beyond expectations. Overall a pleasant hotel.

Late booking and what a gem rooms large bed the biggest we have ever seen and so comfortable. Breakfast tasty staff really welcoming and helpful.

Its a new hotel and the main restaurant was not open when I visited. Other than this the facilities were good but the location is not so good if you don't have a car.

Large rooms, good breakfast. Ideal for what we wanted.

Fresh hotel, well located in downtown Cedar Falls close to many bars and restaurants. Would stay next time I am in the area.
