"This property is in great location, right next to medina, and this is the biggest positive point for it. Property has nice flowers in the front but the building is extremely old on the inside and outside. When we arrived around 1pm and asked if our room was ready (sometimes this can be the case per my experience tralelling to multiple other countrirs), i was told that it was not (which was Ok), and that a real check in time per Expedia was wrong and it was 3pm, not 2 pm. "The room was very comfortable and spacious. The en-suite was fine if a bit small with no where to leave toiletries. The location was ideal, close to shops but the hotel was elevated from the main shopping area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent and we enjoyed an evening meal also. "
