"The staff is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They can’t do enough for you. The property is impeccably maintained and the attention to the Southwest detail is remarkable. Highly recommend the restaurant for the service and tasty menu - must try the Pistachio Velvet drink - very smooth and delicious. The spa is beautifully relaxing with the perfect staff to match!"

"Nice 200 year old hotel in downtown Taos. We booked a room with fireplace but unfortunately it was not working. Also the walls are paper thin, we could hear clearly the conversation our neighbors were having. Very beautiful paintings and it has a secret room with D. H. Lawrence paintings with a cool history how they came to own it. Does not provide breakfast but it has a coffee place on the premises. Parking is 10$. I would recommend it with the caveats above."

"Restaurant offerings were at the bar only, but were sufficient for a quick dinner. The morning breakfast on the weekend in the main restaurant was excellent. Hostess and waitress were both very friendly and attentive. The ADA room accommodations were very good and helpful for our stay. Easy shower access and plenty of room for a walker."

"We stayed at this property during Spring Break, from March 15th to 19th, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its location is very convenient and close to the ski area, which made our trip even better. The property management team was outstanding, always attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests are comfortable. They are constantly working to improve the property so...
