"Not a four star hotel by US standards by any means, the rooms were run down and I dreaded sleeping here the minute I walked in... The hallway had stained carpets, breakfast restaurant stained furniture and in general this property needs a full renovation. The iron boards in the rooms old, torn and filthy plus bathroom always low on toilet paper. I've traveled to many Asian and Muslim countries and this was by far in the worst condition. In general all the women I came across working here were kind and wonderful. The men, some nice others not so much and where I'll stop!"

"An unforgettable stay by the river with a breathtaking sunrise and sunset view. What made the experience truly special was the exceptional hospitality from the owner and staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome and at home. The owner even took the time to give me a tour and share fascinating insights into the history of Brunei, which made the stay even more meaningful. The warmth, care, and personal attention throughout my visit were outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience."
