"My family joined me while I attended a convention. The rooms here are perfectly sized for a small family to comfortably share one room. They are much more spacious than similarly priced rooms at other nearby hotels. The facility seemed well maintained. They have done a nice job of updating the rooms and we felt that everything was pretty nice. The age of the building shows through here and there, but overall I’d say that it is as nice and better value compared with other hotels of its age and...

"As always, my room was clean and well supplied. The air-conditioning in my room was cooling, but was not cooling as well as it should have been. I didn’t bring it up to management because by the time I discovered this, I was unpacked and settled. My 100 year old mother was with me and for her the air-conditioning was sufficient. I didn’t want to be disturbed by having Maintenance in our room so I simply lowered the thermostat as low as it would go and made do."

"The property has a very close proximity to the river walk. Close to the cathedral and most of the restaurants. I would come back for sure. Breakfast was lack luster."
