"Perfectly fine hotel - a little tired in places and swimming and gym area could do with revamp. However staff were kind and friendly and breakfast was good. Happily stay again. "

"The location was good. But when I checked in, I was not given a room with a river view that I had booked and paid for. The second room they showed me, the air conditioning and phone did not work. They gave me a third room on the 9th floor which I had said I did not prefer. Breakfast only had two choices, a Vietnamese noodle and beef soup or an omlette. I chose the omlette, and i got two fried eggs which I would be ashamed to serve my own guests at home. When I pointed out that I had ordered...
