"Initial room very large and clean, sadly the window didnt closed and it was noisy. They kindly moved us to a lovely equally large room which was much quieter. Only complaint was the shower which was broken and was either freezing cold or boiling hot for a few seconds. Would be a hazard if showering children or elderly as it could easily scald. The breakfast was lovely. "

Cues has no heads and missing pool balls. Hotel.com offered breakfast, however was told no breakfast service at all by staff. Could be a brilliant venue with space and location but needs investment. "
