"There were stains on the rug & ceiling, the dirty tub/shower we didn’t even try, the bathroom fan whined loudly & was visibly dirty, the sink knobs were noisy & hard to turn, no stopper in the sink, furniture looked worse than a town dump free pile: scuff marks on furniture & the bedside lamp was wobbly, the curtains didn’t cover the entire window. At least the AC worked & wasn’t noisy."

"Pros: Great shower pressure! Easy parking. Cons: The outside of the property is not well maintained. Housekeeping didn’t show up. Breakfast was dismal — pancake maker was out of service all week.You needed to go to their kitchen to get ice. The room was supposed to have a kitchenette, but there was no silverware, plates or bowls. Pool and hot tub were out of commission."

"Stayed for three nights the room was not cleaned a single night. Needed to use the front desk several times and was typically greeted by a sign that says “we will be back momentarily” and momentarily usually meant 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel was very clean and cheery the public areas and its very convenient to downtown Burlington, but the operations, i.e. front desk and housekeeping, seem to need a little work."
