"Staff was amazingly nice & helpful. Accommodations were perfect. Location to “The Commons” (downtown shopping & restaurants) is perfect. Everything was within walking distance. "

"The rooms and hotel were very clean and all the amenities were on the newer side. The only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. It only is available if there are enough staff and I was told “do you know what uber is?” By one of the staff members in a very condescending way when I enquired about reserving a shuttle to the airport for an early flight. They need to communicate and maybe even not offer an airport shuttle if it is this disorganized."

"The property is fine for what it is, which is a no-frills hotel. The staff was pleasant and responsive and the room was clean, so can't ask for much more. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch."
