"beds were super comfy, breakfast was good!"

"Shower squeals the entire time you’re in it. The shower still had hair and stuff in it. They got rid of the breakfast buffet and now you only have a platter option with a lot less choices. Seems like they have cut costs and do everything as cheap as possible since being bought out. A third of the arcade games aren’t working now out of order or not working. Online it says arcade opens at 10am, they removed the signs at check in for the arcade so I guess they open it whenever they choose."

"I definitely feel like this hotel was overpriced for what it was. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bathroom trash had not been emptied from the previous guest's stay. The overall condition and quality of the building were below expectations. At night, the hallway leading to my room was completely dark, with no lighting, which felt unsafe and made it difficult to get to my room."

"what a beautiful and special place! Theres a fantastic pool for kids/family overlooking the beautiful lake. I wish we were able to stay longer. It was really one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. The Cabin lodging, the rooms, the bathrooms, everything was just great! Check out is at 10am, I wish it was maybe till noon for what you pay for but I understand because the cabins need to be cleaned. It was great!"
