"Our room clearly was not vacuumed and the garbages were full of litter from previous occupants. We were given 2 body towels for 2 people and staff were resistant to provide “extra”. The sheets on one bed had tears and there was a definite musty smell in the main area. Breakfast was basic but apples in the holder were clearly rotten. We will not be back."

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

"Clean, amenities as expected. The only off-putting thing was when we requested a balcony, the host accused me of wanting it for smoking. She made a big deal that if it smelled like smoke or if we were caught smoking, we would get a charge. I tried telling her that I don't smoke (anything) and she kept going on about "well, I'm letting you know thta we will charge you..[etc.]" It really irked me because she kept going on about it. Secondly, I asked her if they did price matching with online deals...

"Great location for us. Wish there was more nearby as food choices, but the downstairs eatery was wonderful. Only downfall was the hotel was so full that the elevators were struggling. Still great stay!"

"The staff was so cultural so friendly polite and smiling at all times also I left my credit card at the counter night before when checking in and they probably returned to me. I go back and get it again! "
