"Always stay here when visiting New Paltz. 5th or 6th visit. Close to all, very clean and comfortable. Only a minor incident with room above us moving furniture across room. Front desk addressed issue immediately. Would highly recommend"

"Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. "

"Bed was very comfortable and room was well air conditioned. Room and bathroom were very small and “no frills”. Just the bare minimum. Continental breakfast was a small selection. Good for an inexpensive stay."

"Terrible!!! The customer support terrible! The actual room, terrible!! This place is a section 8 like housing. It’s dirty and the people there shady. It does not look like a real hotel but a prison. I don’t recommend this place at all. Go at your own risk."
