"My initial response was "Hotel rooms don't (can't) get much more generic than this, but it's clean and the a/c works." That's just what I was looking for.. Then, I noticed that the wall art in the room was actually a very nice picture of the big, old bridges. That extra touch added a half star in my estimation. As long as you aren't looking for something fancy, this is a winner."

"Stayed for 3 nights in June in a junior king suite. The 2 story room was very clean and ac worked well. 2 32 inch tvs with cable. No cell service.Did not use pool, but it looked very nice, Large soaking tub with airjets in bathroom was very nice. This room was very clean. Staff at desk was very nice and informative about the area. Very small refridgerator and no utensils or paper towels. Lots of large bath towels. Bring some paper plates and forks. Very quiet area. Walls thin however, heard everything in next room. Very comfy king size bed and little balcony was nice. Gift shops were very nice."

"The room was $250. The description was 'motel-like', but was more like Motel 6-like. OK, the room was dreary, but the bathroom was horrible. The sink and tub area were water damaged and moldy. The exhaust fan was clogged with dust and the shower curtain was torn. And there were ant traps under the horrible sink cabinet tossed in near the hair dryer. Oh, yeah...the coffee machine, which was stuck in the closet, did not work."

"It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. (which their website makes clear.) i loved it, It's in the heart of the village. You'll want to walk to everything, which I enjoyed. When I was there, I couldn't find a place for breakfast the Wednesday morning I left; everything was closed (the second week of June). But as i said, the website is accurate and I enjoyed my stay very much. I was there just one night, on a wander through the Hudson Valley and Catskills."
