"Everything about this rental exceeded expectations. The home was spacious and beautifully appointed with lots of personality and charm. All the electronics for media and appliances for meal-making were plentiful and high quality. It's in a lovely neighborhood (I actually grew up right around the corner from the house) - great for leisurely walks, and a convenient drive to downtown Troy, Albany, the airport and more. Plenty of off-street and on-street parking. It was easy to "check in" and...

"This place is awesome. We weren't there much as it was parents weekend for RPI but it was so great to come back to a house with a hot tub and sauna. I thought we would use the pool table but the weekend ended up too busy to invite friends over. Super comfortable and beautiful."

"The property was very dated... run down fixtures,, bathrooms.. sink and bathtub missing large areas of grout.. they were discolored by age and usage and very unpleasing...We received no maid service for the 3 nights we were there..no fresh linens nor any fresh towels. The parking lot and entrance ramp are dated and full of holes and uneven pavement and in need of repair....Therefore.. a poor rating is being nice..."
