"They put me in a handicap room and I am not handicap, they said this was the only room available, and I had booked months in advance. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off. The toilet had not been cleaned or flushed when I arrived. When I woke in the morning and went into the bathroom a bug was crawling on the floor. The room smelled like mold."

"Beautiful place, beautiful views and very quiet. Totally enjoyed our stay. Two suggestions: Place the number of the house at the edge of the driveway and possibly place the box for trash on some sort of stand since the latches locking it were hard to reach and open for a senior.

"If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in the mountains this place is it. Beautiful and meticulously maintained property that invites you to relax and enjoy. Good location close to Hiawassee and surrounding attractions. The hosts are very hospitable and responsive to any questions or concerns. We had a great stay and plan to return."
