Really nice hotel close to the station and the Maroot shopping building. Rooms were clean and I particularly liked the shower/bath room. Like quite a few Japanese hotels, the shower and bath (while in the same room) are separate. That means while you shower the bath can be filling up. It gives you the Japanese option of washing yourself clean in the shower and then getting into a hot bath to relax straight away. Excellent location - close to the castle, gardens and fish market as well as the loop bus service. Peaceful and restful hotel, spacious and comfortable room. My only complaint was that the LED light for the air con was way too bright at night.

Really lovely hotel - next to Daiwa shopping centre and on the main tram route (hotel will give you free tram tickets on request) The onsen facilities are extremely good and the main reason to pick this hotel over its competitors. No gym but multiple franchise gyms in the vicinity. 5 minutes away is the incredible coffee shop “Sixth or Third” (English-speaking)

Great location 5 mins walk across the road from Toyama station. Had a twin room and the single beds were slightly bigger than standard size. Nice PJs were provided and amenities were provided in the room. No bottled water, but they did provide a water jug and ice bucket in the room and there was a little room with a water (and ice) machine on every floor. Onsen - clean and with good lockers - hot and cold pools available. Also nice basket in the room which was very useful for taking your things...
