"What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. "What a great stay! The room was lovely, spacious, clean and really nicely decorated. The breakfast hamper was a lovely touch. The bathroom was massive and had a bath in it as well as a shower which was great. I really wasn’t expecting it to be so good as the price was low. We would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning...

"Short business trip so was just looking for a cheap place to stay. Single room with all the essentials in a modern block of conference centre type rooms. The main building though is an old country house and is beautiful and used as a wedding venue. Breakfast included was very good. Would have liked to have stayed longer so I could look around the estate."
