The Inferno room with the balcony was absolutely beautiful, so many quirky little details. The Bluetooth speakers in the room were a nice touch too, I thoroughly enjoyed being able to listen to my music and podcasts without having to wear my headphones. "Over all the hotel was clean and well kept. Excellent location within a shortish walk to the Duomo. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The front desk and bar staff were excellent. My only complaint would be that the wait staff left something to be desired. They were in no certain rush to respond to requests. "
