The reason for 3 stars is they charged one couple in our group 80eu PER NIGHT for a pack and play (folding crib) for their infant. Most hotels provide this for free or 5-10Eu. For that price, they could provide a brand new one each night and let them take it home. That's our only complaint, otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "

"It is a shame that restrictions on improvements to this listed historic building mean that some amenities we take for granted in the 21st Century are not able to be provided - eg poor wi fi, no pool, no bath, no lift to upper floor (difficult stairs with luggage over 20kgs & no porter), poor tv coverage (no English speaking channel at all - not even news). However - if you want to get away from it all and have a break in a quiet and stunning authentic location - then this fits the bill. We...
