"I would give 10 from 10 mark... But there is one huge disadvantage - the suite we had was something like 3 or 4 floor, and the last one with a spiral case... So if you have a problem with your back or foot, or have a luggage, avoided it. But it is clean, fantastic location, very comfy bed, good kitchenette... Strangely enough the shower has no door and all the water coming out... "

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral gelegen. In der Altstadt ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto konnte in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Hund war sehr willkommen und durfte auch mit in den Frühstücksraum. Leckerlis gab es ebenfalls für den Hund. Kaffee und Wasser stand jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir danken wir die entspannte Nacht und würden jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Sauberes Einbettzimmer mit separater Dusche, Safe und kleiner Mini-Bar mit diversen Frei-Getränken, vorhanden. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt, deshalb kann ich dazu leider nichts sagen. Bett bequem. Kopfkissen hat leider unangenehm gemüffelt. Ein waschbares Synthetikkissen, allergikerfreundlich - wäre empfehlenswert. Daunen sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Tür war mittels Schlüssel zu öffnen, da fehlte allerdings die Abdeckung, sodass mir die Drähte eines nicht funktionierenden...

"Sehr gute Zentrale Lage als Ausgangspunkt, um Bamberg zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Zimmer waren sehr groß und zu dritt hatten wir ausreichend Platz."

"We spent 3 nights at the property and were pleased from check in to check out. We chose this property mainly because of the spa access. You pay a little extra for the spa package but it is well worth it. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with all my questions. The room was large and well appointed. The breakfast was great. We are already planning a return trip for next year."

"They lock the doors at 6pm. I could not get into the building and no one would answer the emergency phone. I could not get into my room and had to book another hotel. And they insisted I pay for the room, even though I could not use it"

"Eigentlich ein schönes Zimmer in guter Lage, aber... Wie kommt man auf die Idee eine ca 7cm hohe Stufe als Stolperfalle in ein Hotelzimmer einzubauen? Der Innenarchitekt muss geisteskrank sein! Auf jeden Fall ist meine Frau in der Nacht auf dem Weg zur Toilette dort abgerutscht, umgeknickt und hat jetzt einen komplizierten Trümmerbruch, welcher nächsten Donnerstag operiert wird. Vielen Dank dafür! Und ich bin mir 100% sicher,. dass dort immer wieder kleinere oder größere Unfälle passieren!"
