"I stayed Windsor Lodge with my daughter in June 2022. This is a Heritage property and renovated long back. The rooms are spaces and staff is very friendly. The problem is rooms are very old, stinking, linen and bed not good condition. Old style TV, bathroom, network issues away from the city. This Property needs immediate renovation. "

But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc...
